Polices & Procedures
Registration Fee: As of January 1st, 2026, Anunual Registration Fee will be $15 per swimmer. Starting Sumer 2026, all participants will be charged a $5 registration processing fee per swimmer for the upcoming registration. This fee will automatically added to your account.
Classes:
Make ups: We DO NOT offer make up classes for any reason. Should WE need to cancel lessons for any reason a credit will be applied to your account. Notification of cancelations will be provided via SMS, facebook and the website.
Parent/guardian(s) are required to remain within the building during lessons. Four Season reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not following this policy.
Behavior Expectations: Participants safety is our number one concern. We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe all while delivering the highest quality lesson possible. Swimmers are expected to keep:
* Head above water, eyes on the instructor and goggles on while waiting for turn.
* Hands should be kept to yourself, no spitting, no splashing, no dunking, or swimming around while waiting to swim.
(Swimmers not following this could be asked to sit on the side of the pool or be sent to parents. In some cases, participants will not be allowed to return to lessons.)
Proper Swim Attire: Swimmers are required to wear a swim suit designed for the pool, goggles are required and a cap (if hair is long enough to get into eyes). Swimmer(s) are able to wear a swim shirt for modesty/comfort. Please note that it needs to be tight fitting, short sleeve preferred. Lose fitting attire directly affects the swimmers ability to move through the water. Staff reserves the right to request different swim attire if we feel it is inhibiting the swimmer or the attire is not properly fitting.
Late to class: Please be kind and be on time. Swimmers who arrive late to class should wait on the blue bench for either their teacher or the deck assistant to safely have them enter the water. Swimmers that arrive excessively late may be asked to not participate that day. Arriving late to class causes a disruption to the class participants. It also hinders your swimmers progress as they could be missing critical information. Swimmers who are more than 20 min late will not be able to participate in class.
Cancellation/Refund: By canceling you are forfeiting the class/time slot. Returning participants will be subject to open class dates/times.
A) Cancelation:
1) Credit is applied to your account, less a $10 drop fee per person (with no less than 48 hours notice).
2) Refund to card on file, less a $25 drop fee per person (with no less than 48 hours notice.)
B) Medical Drop: We will waive the drop fee with a doctor's note.
C) Refund: A refund check will only be issued in the event that you paid by cash or check. You will accrue an additional $10 fee on top of the $25 refund fee.
D) Class date and time are retained with payment. No changes are made to your scheduled lesson time unless:
1) You request to move day/times.
2) Your child moves up and we do not have a spot at the same time.
3) We have made adjustments to the overall lessons offering and your class/time is no longer available.
Facility:
Check in: ANY individual that has not already signed a Liability Waiver directly with Four Season MUST sign in at the front desk. Each person over the age of 18 will need to sign individually. This includes any family member not listed under a Four Season membership. FS members can simply scan in, as the waiver has been signed directly with Four Seasons.
Drop off: Participants MUST be escorted to the pool. Four Season does not allow minors past the front desk without a guardian.
Towels: Participants MUST bring their own towels. Towel service is for active Four Seasons members ONLY.
Non-Four Seasons members: WILL NOT utilize the facility while here for lessons. The use of the facility is for Four Seasons members ONLY. Four Season reserves the right to deny entry for anyone not following the policy.
Men’s and Women’s locker rooms: Four Seasons requires that children of the opposite sex, 4 years or older, use family locker rooms to enter the pool. Locker rooms are to be used for all changing needs but there might be a wait. Please do not change on the deck of the pool! (This is a violation of the Safe Sport Act.)
Parking: There are two parking lots at Four Seasons 1, the main lot surrounding the building and an overflow lot (aka the North Lot), north of Springfield Electric. Springfield Electric has been kind enough to provide additional parking Monday - Friday after 5:15, after 2:00 on Saturday. Park only in designated and clearly marked spots in both Springfield Electrics and Four Seasons. Participants not in compliance with the parking policy run the risk of being towed at their own expense.
